F&E Ventures provides IT services including but not limited to web development, app development, and related digital solutions. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are set out in separate agreements or statements of work with clients.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful, illegal, or unauthorized content or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or any third party's systems or data.
4. Intellectual Property
Content on the Site, including text, logos, and design, is owned by F&E Ventures or its licensors. Work product and intellectual property created under client projects are governed by the applicable project or client agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, where applicable.
